Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://hvaccompanykyle.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes AC Repair, Furnace Repair, Heat Pump Installation, Air Duct Installation, Thermostat Installation provided by 512 Cool Heating and Air Conditioning. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. 512 Cool Heating and Air Conditioning (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. 512 Cool Heating and Air Conditioning may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Damages. 512 Cool Heating and Air Conditioning is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TX law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TX for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
